Move It Monday is an international campaign which encourages people of all fitness levels to get moving each week, starting on Mondays. The CDC recommends 2.5 hours of physical activity each week, but for many it’s a challenge to keep up an exercise routine. Move It Monday is a campaign from the Monday Campaigns, a non-profit public health organization that dedicates the first day of the week to health. Follow #MoveItMonday for fitness routines, tips, and inspiration that help individuals, worksites, schools, and communities incorporate exercise into their weekly routines!
