Get Healthy Heights
Sunset Yoga in Fort Tryon Park

Physical activity can feel great and be lots of fun. But you need to find the right activity for you. My favorite thing to do is to spend time outdoors with people I like to be with. Join me in these FREE ongoing and upcoming outdoor fitness events:

Year–Round Fitness Programs
Fitness Walking Program
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m.
Saturdays, 8:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m.

One hour of walking, stretching, strengthening, and body toning using only the park, our own bodies, and gravity. All levels welcome; we modify to meet your level of ability. These walks are year–round (Note: Fitness Walking does not meet if it is raining or if the actual temperature or wind chill is below 20 degrees F.).
Directions: Meet at the entrance to the Heather Garden on Margaret Corbin Circle where Cabrini Boulevard and Fort Washington Avenue converge.
