Description:

This week, Columbia University Medical Center hosts a traveling exhibit from the National Institutes of Health to raise awareness about the All of Us Research Program and the opportunity for community members to participate. The All of Us Journey will be at the Fort Washington Green Market on Tuesday, August 22, from 9am-3pm as part of a 37-week national tour.

The All of Us Research Program, part of the Precision Medicine Initiative, is an ambitious effort to gather data from 1 million or more people living in the United States to accelerate research and improve health. The program is open to people both healthy and sick, from all communities. Unlike a single research study focused on a specific disease or community, All of Us will serve as a national research resource to inform thousands of studies, covering a wide range of health conditions.
