In this article from the New York Times Well blog writer Roni Caryn Rabin discusses a recent review of the eating habits of 50,000 adults. Evidence from the study suggests that people should consume more of their calories earlier in the day to jump their metabolism and prevent obesity. More research is needed on the topic, but the recommendation is to have a calorie-rich breakfast, a smaller lunch, and a light dinner or no dinner at all.
